I remember my mother always reminding me ” your health is your most important asset”, ” without your health, you can’t enjoy other successes and accomplishments “.

As you add a few years to your life, you recognize how true this concept and these words truly are.

I’ve tried to keep this in the forefront of my mind and continually eat in a more healthy fashion and exercise regularly. Its not always easy , as a lot of aspects of life , but it certainly helps your mind as well as your body. The sense of accomplishment you feel when you can continue with the self-discipline required , tends to allow other aspects of life fall into place.

Life is full of daily struggles and solutions needed at different levels. But if you’ve have been conscious of sleeping and eating well along with some form of daily movement or exercise, it tends to give you much more clarity and energy to work on the ups and downs that we all face.

Try to make a couple of small steps each day in a positive direction in these areas and you’ll be amazed at how much better you’ll feel.
